John has shown the way to go.

I'd like to add that there's an easy-to-use windows-based utility called HEC-DSSVue which can read the DSS file created by HMS (or else) and which lets you tabulate or make a graph of any or all the input & output series stored in that file ; you can also use copy-paste to get the tabular data displayed into Excel if you like. Free-of-charge it was when I downloaded it some months ago.

Another option is to 'print' your simulation results (the Summary Table,Time Series Table or Graph) to a PostScript Printer File. The postscript file (*.ps) is converted to a *.pdf file which could be easier to manage than holding down the mouse button for a while.
