Note that RMS and DTM Module work in conjunction with each other quite well. The standard Army Corps HEC-RAS program does not support DTM Module or AutoCAD at all. I have used DTM Module for creating channel improvement (modification) cuts, flood levees, etc. on many flood projects. It works great!

I have not had the problems you are describing with the densify vertices and DTM Module. Perhaps there is something unique about the polyline(s) you are using? Are they lightweight polylines? Or, perhaps 3D polylines? Can you perhaps send me a small sample drawing file that I can look at to see the problem?
