Note that RMS and RiverCAD, by convention, uses the downstream face cross-section for defining bridge and weir parameters. Although HEC-2 and HEC-RAS use this information at the upstream cross-section, with RMS and RiverCAD you need to define this data at the downstream face cross-section. RMS and RiverCAD will handle where the data is then placed.
