The UNET cross section file (*.cs) looks pretty much like a HEC-2 input
file. It is oriented as a forewater model with additional lines for the
additional features/options needed for UNET. Every line begins with a
two character header (X1, GR, T1, NC, etc.). The ten input fields per
line are formatted just like HEC-2. The UNET users manuals are
available for download off the BOSS web-site.

You could save the Excel file as an ASCII or csv file if you have set it
up to match the Import formats (GIS, USACE Survey, HEC-2, etc.). I have
not tried this to see if it works.
