If you want to use the Storage module for simulating your pond, you will need to sum the locations (i.e. route all flows to a single location) in the upstream module before running the Storage module. For example, if the upstream module is Extran, simply connect all your downstream junctions together before routing to a single outfall (you will need to add 5 conduits and 1 junction to bring the flows to a single junction, and then add an additional conduit and junction downstream to route the flows to a single outfall for writing to the interface file). If the upstream module is Runoff, you can accomplish the same thing by simply adding 5 dummy pipes all with the same NGTO ID. If your 5 inflow locations are divided between two upstream interface files, then you can use a Combine module with the Combine option to sum all locations. Hopefully yours is one of these situations, if not then please describe your model in more detail.
