If there is HEC-RAS (or HEC-2) data contained in both files, you need to choose one of the files as the primary file. All of the data from the other file needs to be exported and then imported into the primary file. If you attempt to insert the second drawing file into the primary file, RMS will not be able to recognize the inserted HEC-RAS data.
