Is there a theoretical difference between the Manning's "n" in the
BOSSDAMBRK vs the BOSSBREACH software? It seams that for BOSSDAMBRK, the "n" is the classical open channel flow Manning's "n" while for BOSSBREACH, the software computed "n" is a few orders of magnitude lower. Please let me know if there is a theoretical difference between the "n" in both software packages and. if so, what they are.
