hello. I have a general question regarding dambrk cross section inputting.

When defining cross section geometry through an impoundment area, how does dambrk take into account water storage of the impoundment? In regards to an impoundment area downstream of a dam, and defining the downstream cross sections.

Should the lowest cross section elevation be at the elevation of normal water storage is (since there is no additional flow area below the water surface elevation)? Or should the cross-section take into account the elevations above and under water?
