I read a previous post on precision indicating that it can be set to 0.01 ft or less. Isn't the real world precision is based on the least precise measurement used in the calculation. Reporting to planners that max flood elevation has a precision of 0.01 ft when the breach is measured to the nearest foot gives the planners a false sense of reality.

Based on this, what would the level of precision for flood elevation if one used breach dimension measurements that were to the nearest whole foot or nearest whole meter?
