In any of the node dialogs, such as Junctions, Detention Ponds, Flow Diversions, and Outfalls, there is a field labeled "Inflows". Click on the [...] button adjacent to the Inflows field and you will then see the Inflows dialog. From this dialog you can define any "dry weather" inflows, such as sanitary sewer flows.

Note that you can associate a particular sanitary loading pattern to the assigned inflow, using the Sanitary Time Patterns dialog. You can access the Sanitary Time Patterns dialog from either the Input menu or selecting it from the data tree on the left hand side of the screen.
