There is a Merge command in the File Menu. This command allows you to merge two separate models into a single model.

Also, there is an example lesson under the folder "Lesson Merge" that contains model files that you can use to test out this command.

In addition, there is a video tutorial that demonstrates how to use this command. Select "Help | Online Tutorial Videos" to select the appropriate video tutorial you would want to view.

Alternatively, you can load the analysis output results from multiple models while viewing the time series plots. Select Time Series Plot | Open Solution" and select the solution file from the simulation you want to compare. This allows you compare results from different models--such as "existing conditions" and "proposed conditions." Again, there is a video tutorial that demonstrates how to do this task.
