dendritic valleys - dambreak

Dear Chris,

I have to model a dam break in a dendritic valley. Dambreak perfoms 1D calculations: can it include lateral storage areas (that would be a way for me to take into account the numerous confluences that are connected to the valley that I have to model) ?
