reading dbk files
Is there a way to read a dbk file (boss dambrk) as a text file similar to NWS dambrk input files?

BOSS DAMBRK exports a standard NWS DAMBRK file.

After running the "Generate Data Transfer File" command, in the DAMBRK folder (subdirectory) is a file called "{TRNSFR}.TMP". This file is the standard NWS DAMBRK file.
