Dam failure

Dear Chris,

Is it possible to simulate a dam failure without big inflow? Our average inflow to the reservoir is just 1,31m³/s (cubicmeters per second) and we would like to let out concrete dam break without paritcular reason (no flood, no overtopping of the dam), just because the material of the dam collapses.

You can model the breach failure with a very small breach time of less than 10 minutes with whatever flows.
