Breach - Time Trs
Dear sirs,
There a couple of things that I would like to ask you.
a) I have a problem with the crarification of the term "TRS" (it's on the summary of output results). In the User's manual there is no information about any of these terms. In the paper named "An erosion model for erthen dam failures", by D.L. Fread, which I downloaded from the site, it is mentioned that
TRS=Tp-TBor TRS is the duration of rising limb of the hydrograph ( breach outflow hydrograph ?????)
However, when I tried to check the results of the analysis, I figured that
TRS is NOT equal to Tp-TB, so it is also not the duration of the rising limb of the outflow hydrograph.
So, what's wrong ?
Could you explain which is the real meaning of the the time called TRS ?
b)Could anyone explain what is the "Dam erosion Width" (from the ouput results of BREACH ???)
