"dissertation emergency"

ok. i firstly input my data. i input project discription as indicated and then in the flow hydrograph i insert the data for the flood i have down the dam that one inserts in the stream down the dam. then i descripe th cross section. i have 58 cross sections. ok?

for helping you to understand which is my problem i inform you that i have a dam. i have already computed the outflow of the dam and i want to to compute the flood levels down the dam. the levels from the flood via the stream. i also have in my disposal a digital elevation model in ascii format if it can help you suggest me an other way for solving my problem.

sorry for insisting on the solution of the problem but i really need help and if you coyld attach me guidance it would help me very much.

With Regards,

Re: "dissertation emergency"

The fact that you waited until 10 days are remaining for submitting your dissertation is really your problem. You should have started much sooner.

I have previously recommended that you review the examples and the User Manual that are already provided with the BOSS DAMBRK software. You have not stated that you have done that.

BOSS DAMBRK can 300 user-defined cross sections. If you are using it with RiverCAD, it can create a terrain model from the DEM data that you have, create the cross sections digitally, and then you can enter the top width - elevation data into DAMBRK. Then, after DAMBRK is done running its analysis, you can then generate the floodplain inundation map using RiverCAD.

If you have a specific question regarding your BOSS DAMBRK model, I will try my best to answer it.

Also, PLEASE try to keep your questions, while on the same topic, IN the same topic on this forum.
