Using BOSS DAMBRK with BOSS RMS

The analysis results of BOSS DAMBRK can be directly
read into the BOSS RMS Floodplain Mapping Module.

BOSS DAMBRK creates a .FPM file which contains the
cross-section ID and the water surface elevation at each
cross-section. The BOSS RMS Floodplain Mapping
Module can import this file and plot the floodplain on
the topo map. Also, it can display the results on the
cross-sections and profile plots.

The Floodplain Mapping Module allows the user to change
the water surface elevation or the edge of water station
values at each cross-section so that the user can
"experiment" with different floodplain water surface
elevations and/or water edge stations.
