I have a model with one dam at the most upstream cross section.

Can I model a uncontrolled spillway and a time -dependent gate control at one dam?

Can I use a rating curve for the uncontrolled spillway? and the time-dependent gate control curve screen for the three gates at this dam facility?

Note that you can unfortunately only define one spillway at a dam structure. So, if you have multiple structures, then you need to group them together as one by defining a rating curve. Note, however, that you can "fake" in an additional structure by treating the overtopping of the dam as an uncontrolled spillway. However, you loose the ability, then, to also model dam overtopping.
