Either the hardware lock is damaged, or there is a virus on your computer that is attacking the BOSS BREACH program during start-up, and is not able to embed itself into the application--thereby causing the overlay that is being loaded to terminate.
If it not a virus, then you will need to return the hardware lock to us. We can ship you a new hardware lock to you immediately, if you would cover the DHL shipping charges. You should perhaps also check the BOSS DAMBRK program to make certain that this program is running as well.
