DAMBRK Option 14

Chris,

I am running DAMBRK Option 14 with three dams total. I have coded in cross sections through the reservoirs for the two most downstream dams per the manual. The cross sections, of course, are not all uniformly shaped since the basin shape is irregular. Is it still OK to code in expansion/contraction coefficients between these cross sections, or does DAMBRK recognize them as part of a reservoir?

Thanks,
Eric.

Re: DAMBRK Option 14

Dear Eric :

The expansion and contraction values you have to specify, DAMBRK will not automatically recognize them. However, these values probably not change the results at all within the reservoir due to the slow moving flow.

If you have any additional questions or need any further information, please contact me again.
