Version 3.0 versus version 00?

Problem Description:
when we try to open any files, the included Sample files for example, the program tells us that the files are version 3.0 but the program is version 00

?!?!?!?

Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1. open BOSS DamBrk
2. select Input Data
3. select Data File Control
4. goto the Examples directory
5. choose one of the samples & press <Enter>

error message: cannot upgrade data file, file is version 3.00, program is version 00

When did you receive this software? Sounds like you ran into a Y2K problem. There was a maintenance release last January to correct this problem.
