Rule based controls & toolkit

Hi everyone,
I'm a new user of EPANET, i was looking at the functions callable with the toolkit and i saw that, concerning the controls, there is the possibility to call the ENgetcontrol and ENsetcontrol just to handle the SIMPLE controls. I didn't see anything about the RULE BASED controls. Is there any way to handle them by the toolkit?
