There's no tool in EPANet to solve any demmand study. I think you're interested in manage demmand models. Try to solve this question in these steps:

1. Select node groups in therms of demmand behaviour
2. Make several patterns to use them
3. Use differents indexes to "non revenue" levels (like 8, 10 20% of the global demmand) and edit grous by group nodes, mutiplying them with these indexes
