Water produced by tank magically

I had model EPANET network. Tank 4 has a volume of 128.53 m3, Pipe 3 transfer volume of 4014 m3 into the tank and pipe 7 transfer volume of 6236.529m3 away from the tank. Now why is the water that is flowing out of the pipe is much more then the water that is flowing in? And even if you include the volume in the tank it should not be able to work. Please help thanks. I've include a file of my model do change the jpg file format into *.net file
