How use Kb coefficient (chlorine decay) in EPANET

Hi!
I'm new in this site and i'm from Colombia. Actually work on a project about the aplications of constants Kb for Chlorine decay and THMs Formation in my city, Cali.
I did read all articles that i found about this topic and i have perfectly understood the method to calculate the coefficient. The project's area begginnig in a pumping station after 10 Km from the treatment plant, the project's network is the last section of the distribution system.

i did realized 3 determinations of this constants in the outlet of pumping station and in the 3 cases i found different values for Kb( between 0.172 and 0.535 d-1) my questin is: for the aplications of this constants in EPANET what values i have consider for use in the model? my next objetive is found the value for Kw using the model , what considerations i must have present for this??

thank You for you atention, an sorry for my english!
