I am a civil ingenieering student in the Javeriana University, and I am working in a scientific group of the university GIGAAU. We are developing a project "Metodologist of Intermittent Water Distribution Systems for Colombia". Therefore we need so fast the Guidelines for design of Intermittent Water Distribution Systems, of Mr Vairavamoorthy.
