Pump and Valve scheduling

Hello

I would like to know whether the EPAnet has the feature to perfom pump and valve schduling. If already not available, is there any development work going in EPA or with respect to other s/w available in the market.

it is possible to use the rull control in epanet to control valves and pumps but you can not use it for complex controlling algorithm.
use epanet toolkit instead
