FCV, a simple question

Hallo,

I'm a beginner with EPANET.
In the simple network (attached here) I substitute a tube with a FCV.
If the Fixed status of the FCV is “Open”, the simulation is successful.
If the Fixed status is “None”, the result is an error message:
“The FCV is open, but cannot deliver flow.”
I wonder where my fault is.

Thank you

I tried your net and when the status of the flow valve was none, the run was sucesfull, so there is no mistake I think.

bug ?

Thanks alexesc,

The thing is that I use the french version of EPANET.
I've installed the english version and the simulation is successful.
Maybe there is a bug in the french version.

Thanks

hello !

It's due to the version of the dll !!!

In the french version, compiled by Veolia, version of dll is 2.00.10.
In the last english version (2.00.12), the bug is no longer
