How can i modell a pressure break tank?

Hello again,
Thanks to everyone who answerd my latter question, as i am a beginer using
EPANET i am tryng to modell a kind of complex network, and i would like to know
how can i modell a pressure break tank wich has two inlets and one outlet.

Have you found a solution btw? I took the sample from the manuals FAQ for tank with free surface inflow, but I get strange results in larger networks with links running from and to tank with closing or alternating open/close stages and unrealistically high flows. Appreciate a sort answer.
