explicit solution
If anybody can give me some details of how the explicit solution is implemented in SWMM I would be really thankful and it would be a huge help

On the B0 data line, set ISOL=0, which ist the default value. Or, set
ISOL=2, which is the enhanced explicit option. All this is explained on
the EXTRAN44.DOC file.
