Maximum Inflow Hydrographs in EXTRAN

It is my understanding that the maximum number of user defined inflow
hydrographs in EXTRAN is currently 500. Is that correct?

Is it possible to increase this number by modifying the code? Are there
any ramifications if this is done or is this just a matter of changing
an array size?

Has anyone done this and would be willing to provide me with either the
new executable or some guidance into the procedure they used? I have an
EXTRAN 4.4h model that will have at least 600 inflow hydrographs.

Thanks

Re: Maximum Inflow Hydrographs in EXTRAN

Craig,

You modify the include file "Tapes.inc" by changing the value of the NEH
parameter:

C NEH = Number of input hydrographs in the EXTRAN block

You should set it to 1000 to satisfy your data input needs and then
recompile the Fortran code. There will be no problems with changing
this parameter.
