It has been a while since I created an Avenue interface as part of my research for the University of Maryland College Park. I send it to some of you that requested. It is not tested beyond my research and knowledge of SWMM and it delineates subcatchements and streams from DEM. It splits each catchment in two based on the main channel and gives you a width based on the skewed areas.
My reasearch is on how to model changes in land use on a continuos run. I am using RUNOFF and TRANSPORT blocks. Each study area was divided in several smaller areas and the interface generated a summary table for each one first with characteristics (longest flow path, width among others) and the changes in land use for each one. From there severla simlulations have been done using different models. The first part of the p[roject was done about a year ago and it involved the interface.
Lastest updates to it have been adding new options for reading the output files and creating summary tables of discharges and pollutant loadings, mainly post processing tools. Therefore the preprocessing part has not change that much.
