From GIS to SWmm

Hi:

I am not aware of any free software for this purpose.
The company I work for [MWH Soft] has created InfoSWMM (www.mwhsoft.com) which will calculate hydrology and other parameters based on GIS data as well as provide access to all other input and output directly in ArcView.

Optionally for a DIY approach you can write your own DB tools to import and export from a geodatabase.

You can download two tools for GIS to SWMM from ESRI's website: http://arcscripts.esri.com/, use SWMM as the keyword to search, then you'll find two options available:
1) EPA SWMM 5.0 Utility v1.05, (Sep 9,2005)
2) SWMMTools, (Nov 11, 2002)
But I haven't used it yet, hope they work for you. Good luck!
