Convert SewerCAD data to SWMM format

Hello,

I have a question concerning data conversion from an existing SewerCAD model into a format that can be proceeded by SWMM.

We elaborated several models with SewerCAD, but our clients want to work with free SWMM software. I would like to avoid the rather annoying work of hacking in again the data for several hundred links and nodes.

I know that in WaterCAD exists the possibility to export data to *.inp format that can be read by Epanet. Does anybody know if there is a similar solution for SewerCAD to SWMM? And if not, are there any software tools available to convert data between both formats?
