SWMM 5 output file

I want to transfor the SWMM 5 output file(binary file)to a TXT file or transfor it to database (SQL sever or Accsess).But I do not know how to do it,I neea your help,thank you very much.

I dont know of any stand-alone utility that does this but you can check out SWMM Connect by Aqualyze inc. which reads the .out (binary output file) in GIS and plots all the timeseries data, which can also be exported out.
