How do i model a subsurface drainage?

Dear all,

I have the interest in the modelling of surface-subsurface drainage flow for a swale system in my campus which is a combination of grassed swale with a subsurface module (subsurface drainage as in the attachment). This drainage system allows the infiltration of surface water into the subsurface module and water will flow inside the module to the outlet.

The subsurface module is enclosed by hydronet which allows infiltration of water from the aquifer beneath the swale surface and above the subsurface module. The qeustion here is, can SWMM being used to simulate the flow inside the subsurface module?
