Sanitary Sewer Flows

I am new to SWMM and I am trying to analyze an existing sewer system. I have the existing flows, but im not sure how the input process works. I plugged the existing flows into the junction under the dry weather average value. Am i placing the flows in the wrong place? Also im finding that as i go downstream the routing isnt taking place (the flows are not increasing). this is only happening toward the end of my system. Can anyone help?
