Rainfall interface file format
Please
Which format use the rainfall interface file in EPA SWMM 5.
Is it the similar like for timeseries but stored in external file? It doesn't work propperly in my experience.
Is it possible to create my own interface fille? If yes how please.
Here is the posibility to store time series in *.ini file but it is sometimes litl unnoticed.

filename-> *.dat

header -> isn't necessary
;;data time Value [by sys. units]
M/D/Y HH:MM:SS x.y ;; prec = 1
