List of Fortran Vaiables for STTR Block

I am trying to deduce what is going on with respect to the
G2 and G3 records and find the text explanations do not
help much.

Does anyone have a list of the Fortran variables
and the meaning of their contents for the STTR Block? You
can get quite a few out of the DOC file for the inputs but
there are many more used within the fortran routines that
that require threading through the logic to identify. If
anyone has a list I would appreciate a copy.
