Level control in STTR block

I want to bypass the entire inflow at the inflow point
of a detention pond when the pond is full; i.e., based
on water level in the pond. The program is set up
on the basis of bypass control based on the inflow
discharge rate, which has nothing to do with pond level.
Has anyone worked up a scheme for doing this with the
options in the SRST module? If so I would appreciate
hearing how it can be done.
