EPA SWMM for Windows

I have downloaded the EPA SWMM for Windows and installed it in Windows NT 4.0. It does not run properly. When I run the MET module it does not produce the interface files as required. Then if I try to run the RUNOFF module it will not run because it says that it cannot find the requisite interface files. I previously ran EPA SWMM for Windows under Windows 95 and it seemed to run OK. Does anyone have an explanation or has anyone encountered a similar problem. Is there a fix or is it impossible to run this version of SWMM under Windows NT. I think the same problem occurs with QUAL-2E.
