help me! I need forcast flood but I dont's known HEC-HMS can using for flood forcasting?

1) - model your watersheed in the basin model of HMS,
2) - build the meteorologic model using precipitation data from a DSS archive,
3) - build your simulation run,
4) - run HMS in batch mode for flood forecasting,

see HMS (v.3.0.1) manual for more dettails.
