HMS error messages

I am a new HMS user and am getting some error message that I am unsure of what could be causing problems. The error messages are as follows:

ERROR 40242: Could not solve continuity equation for reservoir "Beaman Lake Dam".
ERROR 40243: Could not compute water elevation for reservoir "Beaman Lake Dam".

ERROR: Error in routing for BASI31R;
Error in Storage-Outflow interpolation.
Independent variable, 2491., is above maximum table value, 128.1
Function: RoutePulsChannel; Error number: 12

All of my reservoir data, including outflow structures, appears to be entered appropriately. Any suggestions?

I resolved this. I had a d/s reach that was holding this up. The storage-Q curve for this particular reach did not extend far enough.
