HEC-GeoHMS TC calc error

I am trying to run the TC calculator on HEC-GeoHMS and it gives me error as

C:ESRI/AV_GIS30/ARCVIEW/etc/TC.... The program not be found.

But I checked at the location there is a file called tc.exe and also TC excel spreadsheet. I unistalled and installed the program again considering the file might be corrupt, but all my efforts in vain. Can somebody please help me..

I have the same problem, will you have solution for it? can you export to excel ?, because I present problems with it. Please if you find the solution tell me know.
