Date issue in HMS

Running my HMS Model from specified hyetographs (observed during 2 days in december 2003), some of my subbasin, reach or junction have a peak in "01janv1970" (with no value, but at that date) since my control specification is synchronous with my hyetographs. These element do not receive any precipitation and release no outflow, whereas other subbasins with the same hyetograph are correctly computed.

Can it be a problem to use several times the same hyétograph?
Is "01janv1970" a by-default-date in HMS? I really can't understand that.

Thank you for your help if you have any idea.

C.Rolin, France.

Re: Date issue in HMS

I had the same problems so far. Today I found the reason for this problem: You must not use any special character like ü, ä, ö, etc. in the names of hydrologic elements. As soon as you remove them, the program will calculate the results!

Late answer, but it might help someone else, too.

Re: Date issue in HMS

I am having the same problem and the
date and time to peak is 31Dec1969, 17:00 and which is not matching with the other elements and also there are no special characters in the name.
