BROWSE not working under VISTA
Have a new Vista Home edition machine with HEC-HMS 3.0.1 and cannot browse the files with my projects. I have tried with install the newest java 6 and edited the HEC-HMS.CMD file, but the problem persist. Have somebody another workaround for it?
please help me!!!...
