vista compatibility

I have tried all suggested by everybody with no result: still the browse button does not work and the directory selection in the help window too.
I mailed this bug(?) to hms; I suggest everibody to do this.
I have the java6 runtime, I changed the HEC_HMS command line : nothing.
still hope someone of you solved this problem can help me
