I am a student and am working on a paper modeling both surface and groundwater. Time is growing short, I have been struggling with Hec, and I have decided to look for (with my advisor's permission) someone to model my watershed. It is the San Luis Rey river in so. Ca. If you can help, I can pay, not industry prices, but maybe we can come to an agreement. If I dont get someone, I will be back to beg for help. I have been trying to find a way to convert precip files into .dss files. When I tried the tutorial, I came back with error messages. So if I do this, it will take a long time and I need to finish asap to get my paper to my advisors. Help!
