Snow

Hi everybody,
I'm trying to implement the snowmelt routine inside HEC-HMS, and am having some issues.

My issues center around the snowmelt functions (ati_meltrate and ati_coldrate). The documentation seems a little sparse surrounding these required functions, and I was wondering if anybody could shed some light on them.

Thanks

Hey Manifold User. I am sorry I cannot help you with your snow question. I am actually a Manifold user as well and developing a HEC-HMS model...maybe we can help each other out as we move along through this.

Have you made any progress figuring out the snowmelt routine? I haven't quite gotten there yet.

Re: Snow

Thanks for responding. I am just getting started with HEC-HMS. I was a HEC-1 user earlier in my career. It's the setting up all the data in the proper format and using DSS that is getting me off to a slow start.

My direct e-mail address is jgarland@caiworld.com

I am still waiting on senior review of my watersheds, precip, wind, and temp data.

All the best to you.
