HEC-GeoRAS - postRAS processing

Please could someone help!

I am using the HEC-GeoRAS extension in Arcview v3.1 to process geospatial data for use with HEC-RAS v2.2 (using Windows 2000 Professional, on Novell Network). I have succesfully created a RAS GIS Import file, ran HEC-RAS and exported the data. I am now at the stage of GeoRAS post-processing. The water surface TIN generation completed sucessfully, however with floodplain Delineation I get the following error message;

GRD ERROR - syntax error at or near symbol,, No Data
Click OK (only option)

RAS GIS Export:floodplain polygon generation.
The flood polygon determination terminated by the user!
Click OK (only option)
